Mission Statement

The goal of 51ºÚÁÏ’s Fitness and Wellness program is to provide knowledge that promotes a healthy lifestyle for students, faculty, and staff through fitness, wellness, and recreational programming. Student wellness is influenced by culture and life experiences, and it’s not just about the absence of illness or stress.
